For many of us, faith and work occupy different parts of life. We go to church, build careers, pursue goals and make difficult decisions, but don’t always know how those pieces fit together.
Led by Ruth Reitmeier, Director of Coaching at Rice Business School, Work Reimagined is a six-session cohort designed to help you bring them back together.
Through teaching, conversation and guided reflection, we’ll explore identity, career direction, ambition, spiritual formation and lasting change and consider how the workplace itself can become a place where God is forming us.
Program Fee: $75 + books (Cost should not prevent anyone from participating. Scholarships are available.)

Meet Your Cohort Leader: Ruth Reitmeier
Ruth Reitmeier is an executive coach, consultant and leadership development expert with more than 25 years of experience helping people grow as leaders and build high-performing teams.
She serves as Director of Coaching at Rice Business, where she leads executive coaching programs for students and staff. A Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation, Ruth’s work and research explore coaching, leadership development, team development and the changing workplace. She earned her undergraduate degree from Rice University and a master’s degree in Executive Coaching and Organizational Consulting from New York University.
For Work Reimagined, Ruth brings that professional experience into conversation with Christian spiritual formation helping participants think more deeply about who they are becoming, where they’re headed and how faith can shape the way they approach work, leadership and purpose.
