God is love, and Paul reminds us that our highest calling is to love each other with the fullness of God’s unconditional love for us. Knowing God and Jesus through the Holy Spirit is the north star for all who long for purpose in our lives.
Sometimes we think of formulas as restrictive, but Jesus’s formula for prayer is actually freeing; it frees us from our tendency to perform. Instead, we can embrace an authentic encounter with God through the daily rhythms of grace.
